Fix glitchy media playback on Firefox 50

issue:

• glitchy/jittery video/html5 playback.
• random AB loops ( often the first few secs )

cause: Electrolysis disabled. (sandboxing)
fix: add these booleans to about:config.

browser.tabs.remote.force-enable;true;
